Our Vision
To become a preferred industrial solution brand in Türkiye and a trusted name in nearby markets through safe, efficient and sustainable lifting technologies.
YÜKTRON · NEW GENERATION CRANE SYSTEMS
We plan industrial lifting needs from site analysis to commissioning and develop project-specific crane systems.

ABOUT US
YÜKTRON is a new-generation crane systems brand developing safe, efficient and long-lasting solutions for the lifting and material-handling needs of modern industry. Our product approach spans gantry, overhead, jib and process cranes as well as crane end carriages and complementary equipment, each configured around production flow, site conditions and occupational safety targets.
Through our operating network centred in Şanlıurfa and Ankara, we coordinate site surveys, engineering, controlled manufacturing, installation, commissioning and after-sales service as one continuous process. We treat every assignment as a dedicated engineering study in which capacity, span, lifting height, duty class, operating intensity and environmental conditions are evaluated together.
By combining technical expertise with strong solution partnerships and responsive field support, YÜKTRON aims to create systems that support production continuity, precise load control and sustainable operating costs. As we grow into a trusted choice across Türkiye, we are also developing long-term partnerships that will carry our engineering approach into selected markets in the Middle East and Europe.
To become a preferred industrial solution brand in Türkiye and a trusted name in nearby markets through safe, efficient and sustainable lifting technologies.
To deliver long-life crane systems by combining project-specific engineering, controlled manufacturing, occupational safety and responsive after-sales support under one quality standard.
PRODUCT GROUPS
We evaluate travel distance, span, duty class and operating conditions together to determine the right crane architecture.

Gantry cranes travelling on ground rails and semi-gantry systems with one side supported by the building are engineered for outdoor yards, storage areas and heavy material flow. Single- or double-girder configuration, span, lifting height and duty class are defined for the site, with remote control, load monitoring and controlled-speed options supporting efficient operation.

Overhead travelling cranes operate on elevated runways and keep the production floor clear while moving loads safely along longitudinal, cross-travel and vertical axes. The bridge, trolley and hoist are selected for capacity, span and operating intensity, delivering efficient use of space, smooth motion and precise positioning.

Jib cranes mounted on a freestanding column, wall or suitable building column provide fast, ergonomic handling within a defined work zone. They can be configured for 180°–360° rotation, manual or powered travel and different lifting devices, making them practical for machine feeding, assembly and maintenance points.

Process cranes are developed for intensive, repetitive and precise lifting tasks and engineered around the rhythm and duty scenario of the production line. Heavy-duty components, accurate speed control, sensors and automation interfaces create dependable material flow under high cycle demands.

End carriages, travel drives, motors, hoists, power supply and control components are combined according to system geometry and duty class. The modular architecture supports correct component matching in new projects and facilitates modernization or capacity upgrades, while remote control, weighing and safety functions can be integrated into one system.
TECHNICAL OPTIONS
The final technical scope is defined according to site survey data, project requirements and customer needs.
Pendant control, radio remote control and synchronized operation options for multiple cranes.
Two-speed motors or VFD drives for smooth motion and accurate positioning.
Overload limitation, anti-collision, travel zone restriction, audible and visual warnings.
Facility-specific bridge and runway geometry, corrosion-resistant coatings and outdoor protection.
Safe maintenance platforms, walkways and central lubrication options.
Live load information on the controller and solutions that help reduce load sway during travel.
AFTER-SALES
Planned and preventive maintenance in line with FEM/ISO principles supports longer system life and fewer unplanned stops.
Rapid on-site response helps minimize downtime and production losses.
Direct support for critical parts including travel wheels, ropes, hook blocks and electrical equipment.
WHY YÜKTRON?
We evaluate design decisions with operating conditions and manage the system as a whole from installation through service.
We execute projects through a coordinated working model supported by Mod Makine’s products and personnel.
Planned maintenance is scheduled to minimize disruption, with a fast response to potential failures.
Crane motion is controlled remotely while integrated weighing data can be monitored on the controller.
Control that limits unstable motion helps reduce the risk of load slippage and injury.
Site analysis, engineering, manufacturing, installation and commissioning are coordinated as one process.
PROJECT AND SERVICE PROCESS
Technical requirements, site conditions and operating flow are combined in one project plan.
Structure, span, column capacity and operating conditions are assessed.
Crane type, capacity, duty class and equipment are defined.
The approved project passes controlled production and quality stages.
Runway, power line and mechanical components are installed on site.
The system is commissioned after static and dynamic load tests.
